Every visit is confirmed by your physiotherapist. Oreka is not an emergency service.

How payment works

You send an enquiry. Nothing is charged.
A person from Oreka replies within 24 hours, and checks that home physiotherapy suits your needs.
Oreka then sends you a secure registration link on WhatsApp.
Oreka reviews your completed form and shares it with your physiotherapist, who then contacts you to agree a visit.
Oreka arranges payment once a visit is completed. Oreka collects from you and pays the physiotherapist.

Visiting hours

Visits start on the hour, 8am to 7pm, Singapore time, so the last visit of the day ends at 8pm. Oreka does not arrange evening or overnight visits. You can send an enquiry at any hour.

What the price includes

A 60-minute visit at home by a registered physiotherapist, including assessment and treatment for that session. Initial and follow-up sessions cost the same.

Prices are nett: nothing is added at payment. You pay after each visit that takes place, by a payment link Oreka sends you on WhatsApp. At launch there are no cancellation fees. Oreka does not guarantee insurance reimbursement. See the service terms.
