About Oreka
We provide in-home physiotherapy in Singapore. Registered physiotherapists visit patients at home for assessment and treatment, including recovery from surgery, stroke, falls and injuries. Customers are individuals and their families, who pay per visit through online payment links.

How it works
You tell Oreka what is needed. A person from Oreka calls to check that home physiotherapy suits it, arranges a registered physiotherapist, and shares only what is relevant with them after reviewing your registration form. Your physiotherapist visits you at home, and you pay Oreka after each visit that takes place; Oreka pays the physiotherapist.
Who does what
Oreka coordinates: the enquiry, the call, finding a suitable physiotherapist, your records and payment. Your physiotherapist makes the clinical decisions: the assessment, the treatment and the plan.
How Oreka checks physiotherapists
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council, and a current Practising Certificate.
- Professional indemnity cover.
- An identity document, seen by Oreka.
- The areas they cover, so visits are planned around realistic travel.
The register is checked again before each case, and a physiotherapist whose registration, certificate or indemnity has lapsed is not offered cases. You can look up any physiotherapist on the AHPC public register.
What Oreka is not
Oreka is not an emergency service: if someone needs urgent medical help, contact a doctor or call 995. Oreka is not a clinic, and it cannot promise how treatment will turn out.
