Accessibility
Oreka wants everyone to be able to read about home physiotherapy and send an enquiry, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, larger text, or an AI assistant to read the site for them.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have checked
- Every button, link and form field has a name that a screen reader can read, and every image has a text description.
- Each page has one main heading and is built from standard HTML, so it reads in a sensible order.
- The text colours we use stand out from their background by at least the 4.5 to 1 contrast WCAG asks for.
- Pages fit a phone screen without scrolling sideways, and buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall.
- The enquiry is a standard form: each answer has a label, and Enter moves you on from a field.
Last checked 8 October 2026.
What is not right yet
- The site is in English only.
- The privacy notice and service terms are long. Each starts with a short summary.
- People who use assistive technology have not yet tested the site for us.
